Meet Samsha ! She is a 17-year-old Swiss high school student living in Los Angeles. She lived in Lausanne, Switerland for most of her life and moved to California in 2018, where she joined a high school and follows the IB diploma program. She loves art: she draws and paints, she enjoys film photography, she's interested in fashion, and she recently started sewing and making pottery! As a french speaker, she enjoys reading french poetry such as Baudelaire and Hugo. She also watches a lot of french movies and is very inspired by the work of Eric Rhomer and Agnes Varda. She shares her passion for film through her Tik Tok account (@samshamasson6) and hopes to one day become a filmmaker as well. She is an introvert ( INFP more specifically) and therefore loves spending time by herself or with her close friends, going on adventures at 3am or spending the whole day thrifting on Melrose. She is a night owl and therefore cannot function without coffee in her system. Her favorite bands/artists atm are Weyes Blood, The Velvet Underground, Radiohead, the Strokes, the Smiths, Arctic Monkeys, Talking Heads, Deftones and Nirvana. Her favorite movies are Taxi Driver, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Submarine, Whiplash, and Black Swan. Lastly, she has a cat called Gustave.
